Startseite » News » UnionStahl modernizes production with fully automated sorting and picking system
UnionStahl continuously invests in state-of-the-art production technologies to ensure quality, efficiency and reliability at the highest level. The latest step: the commissioning of a fully automated sorting and picking system that is directly connected to one of our high-performance fiber lasers.
While the fiber laser has already been ensuring precise cutting processes in our production for years, the new system brings a decisive enhancement: automated sorting and picking of the cut parts. This eliminates a large part of the manual rework that was previously time-consuming and resource-intensive.
The new technology has numerous advantages:
With the modernization of our fibre laser, we are strengthening our competitiveness in the long term. Customers benefit from faster delivery times, even more consistent quality and production that responds flexibly to individual requirements.
The new sorting and picking system is a further building block in UnionStahl’s strategy: to set the course for future-proof production through continuous investment in innovation and automation.
UnionStahl thus once again underlines its claim to be a reliable partner – for the highest quality, for efficient processes and for convincing progress.
