UnionStahl continuously invests in state-of-the-art production technologies to ensure quality, efficiency and reliability at the highest level. The latest step: the commissioning of a fully automated sorting and picking system that is directly connected to one of our high-performance fiber lasers.
While the fiber laser has already been ensuring precise cutting processes in our production for years, the new system brings a decisive enhancement: automated sorting and picking of the cut parts. This eliminates a large part of the manual rework that was previously time-consuming and resource-intensive.
