Our CNC-controlled oxyfuel cutting systems enable precise cutting of Hot rolled Sheets up to 600 mm thick. The precise cutting of thick and heavy flame-cut blanks is one of our core competencies. Precise preheating for efficient thermal cutting

At UnionStahl, we rely on Steel grades-specific heat preparation for oxyfuel flame cutting, which enables precise thermal separation. The Steel grades is treated gently using a computer-controlled preheating process, enabling us to guarantee the highest quality and precision. Our latest heating technology not only ensures efficiency, but also the responsible use of energy. Logging the entire process enables precise tracking and quality assurance. Additional processing steps after oxyfuel flame cutting

We offer a comprehensive package of additional processing steps to ensure smooth further processing of the parts we cut. This includes descaling, deburring (also possible automatically for small components), chamfering, straightening, edge processing, blasting and welding.
