Pipes are used in the foundations of offshore wind turbines (jacket constructions, monopiles and transition pieces) and in the construction of platforms for oil and gas extraction. The processed steel grades must be able to withstand low temperatures.

Pipes – or structural pipes – are used for static and decorative functions in the construction of bridges, stadiums and buildings. Due to the continuous availability of structural steel grades with lengths of up to 16,000 mm, 3.2 approvals in accordance with DBS 918002-2 and notched bar impact test at -40 °C, we are a reliable and experienced partner for companies in the construction industry.
The main areas of application for tubes here are cranes, rollers and paper machine construction. The Steel grades used include S235, S355 and S690.
