Shipbuilding steel: focus on reliability and innovation

Steel grades produced for shipbuilding must be able to withstand high and variable loads such as temperature fluctuations. In addition, shipbuilding steel is easy to weld, has high elongation values and is resistant to brittle fracture.

Shipbuilding steel is divided into grades and approved by international classification societies. We stock normal-strength and higher-strength shipbuilding Steel grades in grades: A, D, E, D36, E36, F36 and E40. With our portfolio, we have adapted to the high Steel grades requirements of the marine industry and maintain a partnership with many companies in this sector, which is characterized by constructiveness and innovation. On the one hand, we store shipbuilding Steel grades in accordance with the regulations of all common international classification societies, thicknesses up to 250 mm, widths up to 4,000 mm, lengths up to 16,000 mm and unit weights up to 30 tons. Thanks to the extra widths and lengths, you benefit from greater efficiency and cost-effectiveness.

In addition to Hot rolled Sheets, we are your partner for bulb flat steel profiles in Grade A, D36, E36 and S355NL.
