Three new specialists: Successful completion of training at UnionStahl

Three apprentices have successfully completed their vocational training at UnionStahl and will be taken on as permanent specialists with immediate effect. UnionStahl is thus sending out a clear signal for the high quality of training and the long-term promotion of young talent within the company.

From apprenticeship to career

After intensive preparation and passing their final exams, the three young colleagues are now strengthening various areas of our company: one is starting as a technical product designer in the design department, one as a wholesale and foreign trade management assistant in sales, and one as a machine and plant operator in production. All three have shown what they are capable of during their training – now they are taking on responsibility and contributing their fresh ideas to the daily work routine.

Taking on all graduates is no coincidence, but part of our training concept. UnionStahl invests specifically in the skilled workers of tomorrow. We provide practical training, actively involve our trainees in work processes and attach great importance to personal support.
