UnionStahl presents itself to young professionals
On 29th of September 2018 the day of vocational training took place. A multitude of young people came to UnionStahl to get an overview of the company and the training occupations.
After an introductory round the trainees started with a talk about the company and possible apprenticeships. Starting with the company’s history, the various processing options in our production halls were presented during the presentation.
The various training occupations were each presented by trainees, who are in the respective training occupations. Thus, personal experiences could be included in the presentation.
The company Union Stahl offers the following training professions:
- Technical Product Designer
- Merchant for wholesale & foreign trade
- Design Mechanic
- Cutting Machine Operator
- Machine Operator
As of 2019, new training occupations will be offered in Addition to the already mentioned training occupations:
- Warehouse Specialist
- Merchant for office management
At the end of the event, the potential future apprentices were guided through the company. In this way they were able to could get a real picture of the topics mentioned in the presentation.
This was this year’s vocational training day and we hope to welcome a large number of young people interested in our company again next year.
